Edale demonstrates the new FL350 press at its open house

The event which was inaugurated by the local Mayor of Fareham, was attended by more than 100 invitees.

Amitabh Luthra, managing director at Kolkata-based Printers Supply Company, the Indian representative of Edale flexo presses, said, “For a first event, this really exceeded our expectations; we had over 100 people attend the open house which had customers, potential customers, suppliers and press. We are thrilled with the initial success of the open house.”

Luthra added, “It was a day to open the doors of Edale and show people how Edale works, what we have managed to achieve with the opening of the second unit, and also the wide range of products that we can offer. It was great to be able to have our suppliers and also our worldwide network of agents attending a day like this.”

Besides the live demonstration of Edale FL350 press which was launched during the last Label Expo in Brussels, there was also a Gamma scratch card line available for demonstration – an eight-colour machine for the production of pre-paid telephone scratch cards. 

Other machines on display were three Beta modular flexo presses and the Alpha compact flexo press.
