Creed Engineers bags orders with top label converters at the show

Creed Engineers which had a good show, confirmed sales of four machines at Labelexpo India.

These were: Omega Digicon series 2 to Astron Packaging in Ahmedabad, the Rotatek Brava to Veekay Graphics in Mumbai, Lintec IT to Shree Balaji Printers in Delhi and ABG Omega SR with camera inspection to A&S Labels in Sonipath, Haryana.

Ranesh Bajaj, director at Creed Engineers, said: "For us, Labelexpo is an ideal platform to reach out to niche customers and visitors."

To-date, Creed which represents with Rotatek SA of Spain has installed more than 50 presses in India. The semi-rotary narrow web press which is heading to Veekay (it’s second Brava) is capable of printing top quality labels, flexible packaging, folding cartons, sleeves, mailings and more.

Creed Engineers also announced its channel partnership with HP for their industrial digital production label printing press Indigo ws 4500 and 6000 in India.

Shahnawaz Ghaus, assistant manager, marketing at Creed Engineers said: "the HP Indigo range needs no introduction in India."

Creed and HP were at Labelexpo for the first time. Ghaus stated: "We received ten hot queries. These machines are meant for short run label job or you can say, it’s more like print-on-demand and this is a fairly untapped market."
