Charu Graphics expects 50% growth with its HGDE UV CTP

New Delhi-based Charu Graphics has commissioned HGDE UV CTP system. The pre-press equipment has been supplied by its Indian representative, Monotech Systems.

Established in 1996, the pre-press house had commissioned its first image setter in 2001 and a Basysprint UV CTP in 2008.

Sunil Chouhan, owner, Charu Graphics, said, “We produce more than 1000 plates per day and we were looking for a reliable and cost effective solution to increase our plate production capacity to meet the increasing demand. The equipment has filled our expectation. this is a reliable and low- cost machine and we are processing approximately 500 plates on the machine, at the moment. We expect an increment of approximately 50% growth in our business by adding the equipment in facility.”

Tejinder Singh, DGM – prepress, Monotech Systems, said, “This is the best solution for the customers who looks for economic and reliable UV CTP system. We have more than 300 CTP installations in the country including Basysprint and Amsky. The machine can produce 35 plates an hour. We are getting positive feedback from the market and more installations have to come in coming months.”
