Canon India introduces Printeaze to benefit SMBs

The software will enable the printers to analyse and verify the printing and copying processes in their organisations.

Alok Bharadwaj, senior vice president, Canon India, said: "With features like: accounting the print, fax, scan and copy functions and generating automatic e-mails to the users imparting information about printing restriction and exceeding of budget. Printeaze is designed to serve as a one-stop solution for print management needs of the SMEs. It will enable them to balance the full impact of colour printing in a highly cost effective way."

The software solution can be integrated with a multifunction device without changes in the configuration. The various types of report generation possible with Printeaze include: print, print and copy, top ten users, user monthly, user print, group monthly, group print, device status, device monthly, device print, device combined, device copy, device scan, device fax and combined report.

"We now have a basket of software solutions to cater to digitised, workflow and print management architecture for SMBs and large enterprises," added Bharadwaj.

Canon India will reach out to its prospective clients through their enterprise sales network and channel partners.
