Atlantic Zieser boasts eight installations in India

Germany-based Atlantic Zeiser, printing solutions provider for marking and coding cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as for web-fed or credit cards and other narrow-format applications has achieved eight installations of Cardline Versa model in India in 2013-14.

Atlantic Zieser specialises in card printing with a range of products which include Cardline Versa Color for card manufacturers and personilastion burueaus; Cardline Versa Closed Loop for commercial cards and prepaid products; Cardline Versa Open Loop for flat financial and network-branded prepaid cards and Cardline Versa Flexo for prepaid scratch, multi-voucher and instant lottery applications.

Cardline Versa Open Loop system features Atlantic's Omega DoD UV inkjet printing technology which offers print resolutions up to 720 dpi and speeds up to 30,000 cards/hour. Versa Open Loop system can print on any cards which does not have a chip programming embedded in it.

Open Loop system provides multi-layer prints (two-three layers) at one-tenth of the cost while matching the quality to that of a thermal print.

Cardline Versa systems in India are being distributed by Viva Graphics.
