Arun & Rajive Print expands portfolio with HP Scitex LX850

Arun & Rajive Print has installed an HP Scitex LX 850 at their plant in New-Delhi, India’s first.

The investment will extend the firm’s portfolio to  POP displays, soft signage, customised wallpaper, interior decoration and vehicle wraps.

This is the second ‘industrys first’ installation that the firm has to its credit after the seven-colour HP Indigo 5500.

Siddharth Raj Malhotra, director at Arun & Rajive Print said: “The new equipment uses water-based HP Latex Inks. The machine enables a six-colour output up to 1200dpi. With this installation, we intend to offer our clients an expanded  indoor and outdoor applications portfolio with high green credentials.

Arun & Rajive Print Press existing clientele include Lilliput, Catmoss and Hero Moto Corp among others The HP Scitex LX 850 offers dual-roll capability and allows printing of two different jobs at the same time with a kit that accommodates rolls of varying width and length.

Announcing the installation, Puneet Chadha, director- GSB, HP-IPG India said: “We are delighted to announce the debut of HP Scitex LX 850 in the Indian market.”
