“We are growing at around 40% CAGR since we are an 18 months old company, expansion is the only way to grab the growing opportunities in the market. That’s why we have invested in Bobst kit and are planning to opt for six-colour fully loaded printing press and other equipment. All of these equipment will be installed in our new facility, which is in the same industrial area,” said Vinay Bansal, director, Apple Print Pack.

Apple Print Pack is a sister concern of Shyam Jute Industries. The family-owned business is managed by a team of four, Trilok Chand Bansal, Vinay Bansal, Vimal Bansal and Shyam Bansal.

“We deal in jute and flexible packaging for more than five decades. Since the government is planning to ban plastic packaging, we decided to enter paper and paperboard packaging business,” added Bansal.

Bansal said that he feels there are ample opportunities in paper and paper board packaging. “Overseas companies are entering our market which will create opportunity and hence to grab such opportunities we are on the expansion mode,” he stated.

Apple already houses a KBA six-colour printing press with online coater and a size of 28x40 inch, two die-cutters and two folder gluers, lamination machines and manual dies to complete their jobs.

The company has bought a 70,000 sq/ft land in Kundli Industrial Area, Haryana for its future expansion plans. Bansal also shared that they are also expanding their current unit by adding 14,000 sq/ft area but plans to shift the entire printing facility under one roof at Kundli. The packaging printing company expects around 100% growth after the expansion completed.
