Acme highlights success of TCY Machinery

He said, "There is stress on automation these days. The Taiwanese-based TCY machines can handle around twenty job changes in a single day. A machine installed by TCY at Malaysia can handle upto four hundred job changes per day.”

The TCY Printer with Case maker machines can provide upto 15,000-16,000 impression per hour. The width of the machine ranges from 600 to 800 mm. The speed of the TCY Board Line machine is 220-300 metres. Four machines, which includes one case maker is installed at Rudrapur based Meghadooth Corrugators and Packers and other three printers have been installed across India including in Alok Industries, Silvassa.

Acme has tied up with a Taiwanese based company Tien Chin Yu Machinery, three years ago for high end equipments. Their range of product includes automatic Board Line, printer with option of folder gluer case maker and finishing equipments.

Acme, a Mumbai based manufacturing company was established in 1970. They are into manufacturing of corrugating machines and ancillary equipments. Acme is now setting up a new plant near Kalyan spread over 30,000 sq/ft and hopes for much faster delivery of services.

Shah concluded, "In addition to the TCY range of kit, we also offer Acme’s in house Automatic line which has speeds of 120 metres and Fingerless Single Facers with inline Automatic Single Facer stackers.” They have recently installed High Speed Fingerless single facer with 'E' flute & new 'G' flute profile machine at TCPL, Haridwar.
