Titu invests in India's first HP Indigo 7900

Digital print specialist Tituprint in Jaipur became the first in India to install the HP Indigo 7900. The machine was inaugurated on 28 December 2016. HP hosted an event on January 2017 at its Malviya Nagar press in Jaipur to highlight the press capabilities. The event was attended by Alon Bar-Shany, vice president and general manager – Indigo division, HP. Titu has pumped in rupees seven-crore for this investment. During the event, Mukesh Tanvani, managing director, says, “The investment is inline with our strategy to open four digital print outlets across Jaipur.”

  • HP launched the Indigo 7900 at Drupa 2016, and according to Mukesh Tanvani, promoter and owner of Titu, the A3 press offers a significant advantages in print quality, application range, and productivity, as well as breakthrough priming technology and colour matching capabilities.
  • The event to highlight the capabilities of the machine hosted by HP was held on 21 January 2017. The event saw Alon Bar Shany and A Appadurai of HP in attendance
  • Shany says, “The HP Indigo 7900 is apt for personalisation and variable data printing and will be a valuable asset to Titu Document Centre.”
  • Tanvani: We were impressed by the Indigo 7900’s image reproduction, as well as its ability to print on a wide variety of substrates like synthetic, canvas, metalised and other material.”
  • Titu’s service offering ranges from thesis compilation, binding, flex printing, visiting cards, leaflets, brochures, vinyl printing, direct printing on t-shirts, customised personalised printing on various articles like mugs, pen stands, key chains, mobiles and mobile covers, glass, paper weights, wooden articles, diaries, and notebooks, among others
