At the Patio in Hall 5, 'go digital' with HP and produce anything you want - labels, shrink sleeves, IML, flexible packaging, folding cartons, corrugated boxes and PoS displays.  See the rebranded GEM technology, a combination process featuring digital print and embellishment technology in one pass, developed with JetFX; the  fully commercialised Pack Ready Lamination ecosystem; and on the print side the Indigo 8000, 20000 and the latest in WS6000, and of course of Print OS.

PX3000 UV inkjet digital label press
Xeikon International | Hall 5, Stall C24, C25,C28,C29

The turf ground in digital is either toner-based or inkjet. Xeikon has both. The to-be-launched PX3000 UV inkjet digital label press is based on Xeikon’s Panther UV inkjet technology and operating PantherCure UV ink and complements the Xeikon 3000 series and Xeikon CX3 label presses based on dry toner technology. Xeikon PX3000 strengths: speed, durability and cost-effective digital runs. It features a web width of 330 mm and a maximum speed of 50 m/m.

MLP13-H semi-rotary offset press
Miyakoshi Printing Machinery | Hall 8, Stall B31

Japan's Miyakoshi claims it will show the world’s fastest semi-rotary offset press model MLP13-H with reel-to-reel, five offset, hot foil, flexo and die-cutting at its stand. The press will run at speeds of up to 121m/min with a repeat length of 406.4mm.

Tau 330 RSC

The Tau 330 series is set to expand with a new 8-colour label press, the Tau 330 RSC. The UV inkjet press can print at a speed of up to 78 linear m/min (245ft/min) at 1200x1200 dpi, eight-colour stations (CMYK+W+OVG), with new high pigmented inks.

Domino Digital Printing  | Hall 9, Stall A60

Domino’s latest is a White digital print module, for high-def white text in very small point sizes onto personal care labels and transparent label applications. Add the VDP capability, and you have the power of personalising promotions be it names, places or even games.

SurePress L-4533
Epson | Hall 9, Stall A50

Epson is discontinuing its existing L-4033 model and replacing it with this new series. It’s a six-colour model (CMYK +GO), producing 99% of the Pantone colour gamut. The press can also apply a white base for clear film and foil applications.

Truepress Jet L350UV+ and L350UV+LM
Screen | Hall 9, Stall B30

Not one, but two launches at the Screen stand, one is for labels and the other for food packaging label. At 60m/min, speed gets a boost. The TL350UV+ also supports a sixth colour, orange, and the L350UV+LM, a newly developed low migration ink.

3600 Series UV – Retrofit
Colordyne Technologies  | Hall 9, Stall C65

This inkjet device is Colordyne first UV inkjet kit with the capability to print digital CMYK + white at speeds of up to 240ft/min (73m/min) in two print width – 8.5in or 12.75in. The USP: eliminate the need to duplicate web handling and optimise the existing flexo investment.

Digital One
Mark Andy | Hall 4, Stall C45

This hybrid digital label press rolls all activities of label production into one – print, convert and finishing in one pass. It offers four-colour CMYK dry-toner process at 1,200 dpi resolution, a multi-purpose flexo station for decorative embellishment, and inline finishing.

Labelfire 340
Gallus | Hall, Stall

Launched as Gallus DCS 340 at Labelexpo Europe 2015, the kit became Gallus Labelfire 340 after the restructuring of Heidelberg digital printing portfolio. The UV inkjet press has a native resolution of 1,200dpi, and a speed of 50 meters per minute.
