Labelmaster Advanced

Gallus will uncover the premium-most edition in its Labelmaster range of label presses, the Labelmaster Advanced. The Advanced line offers process flexibility, which means the finishing and printing units can be changed quickly and easily at any machine position. On the press, are new lightweight aluminium printing cylinders specially developed for the press. In this Labelmaster range, the automation levels are available in three variants – Classic, Plus and Advanced.

Mark Andy | Hall 4, Stall C45

Mark Andy will give its flagship Performance Series P7 press an upgrade – a direct servo improvements, an automated job register, and a more ergonomic design. At the show you will witness the P7 press equipped with a solvent-free lamination system, producing food-grade flexible packaging, and a new digital retrofit solution. This Digital Plus Screen is a digital alternative to screen-print. No expenses on making rotary screens. 

Bobst M8
Bobst | Hall 3, Stall A59

The new launch M8 is the latest flexo label press from Bobst. Boasting speeds of 400mpm to process larger and thicker materials, M8 deploys digital automation features like ExcelPrint, and PrintTutor to demonstrate digital flexo print for the film, paper, cartons and alufoil.

Viva 340 Evolution Aniflo
Codimag | Hall 11, Stall C10

Codimag brings a new HMI on the Viva 340 Evolution press, which enables transfer of pre-press data to print a label with minimised manual input in minutes. The Aniflo presses have offset unit, with offset plates and a simple anilox ink delivery system.

Synchroline 430 press
Lombardi | Hall 11, Stall C53

The Synchroline 430 is an eight-colour configuration with Lombardi's Toro and Bravo units; a fully servo-assisted machine with automatic register and pre-register. The company calls it a 'universal machine', which can handle any and every printable substrates.

FA
Nilpeter | Hall 7, Stall B35, B39

A result of the company’s Clean-Hand design approach, the new FA talks about minimum hands-on press interaction; all data is saved, jobs are easily recalled, and the press will auto-register. Also on display will be an upgraded Panorama hybrid press. 

FL3
Edale | Hall 7, Stall D39

On the Edale stand you will see the FL3 flexo press with new automation pack, including the autonomous inking, impression and registration (AiiR) system. The press is configured as a hybrid system with six flexo units and a six-colour Graphium inkjet module.

SRFD3030
Orthotec | Hall 7, Stall C17

Orthotec has tripled the speed of screen printing with its new SRFD3030, which uses a new design of dual sliding shafts for the squeegee blade. The kit is also equipped with hot stamping station, which is servo driven and capable of recalling parameters.

On the Omet booth, visitors will learn about digitalisation, interconnection, remote control, and high precision diagnostics on a new version of its iFlex press. Also on display will be a XFlex X6 hybrid offset and flexo press and a new version of the XFlex X6.
