These are the three picks of  Sheth:
1. Gandhi. An autobiography. The story of my experiments with truth: Everyone knows about Gandhi and his principles. This book is all about how Gandhi's principles were formed, adopted and practised. It gives us an insight on how his thought process worked for himself and then proposed to others. Gandhi was a man of solid reasoning who faced the truth and practiced it, no matter what.

2. Alice In The Corporate Land by Tuika Tripathi: I won’t be biased about this book because it's written by my friend but it’s true, and I have witnessed it personally. The author rapidly scaled the corporate ladder to become a leader at a global executive search firm. Combined with a love for fairy tales in her book, she offers career wisdom to those who are beginning their journey.  If you are already curious what lessons these fairy tales characters have to pass on to Alice, do pick up the book and discover. I think it has a series of creative advice that is relevant for both seasoned managers as well as young professionals.

3. One Day by David Nicholas: This book is about self-realisation and about your own being present right in front of you but not visible. The point is to cherish the little time we have with the ones we love. “What are you going to do with your life?" People have been asking this forever, and an answer to this is – "Live each day as if it's your last”.
