With the launch of its UV coating and curing machine Digi UV in Drupa, APL Machinery from Fardiabad sees huge opportunities for itself in the rapidly growing finishing segment, says Rahul Kumar
The Digi UV is specially designed and manufactured to enhance the print production from every digital printing press which includes HP, Kodak, Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, and Konica Minolta. Digi UV which is available in two sizes, 18 inches and 24 inches can produce 2,000 sheets per hour.
Rajiv Kapoor, chief executive officer at APL Machinery says, “Digi UV is an ideal machine for every digital printing facility for UV coating and curing. The machine will play a very important role to enhance photo albums production. It can also be used by offset printers for full coating UV jobs with add-on of CSF. The USP of the machine is its feature that allows spot UV jobs and design the coating in two dimension (2D) and 3D.”
The Faridabad-based machine manufacturing and exporting company produces flat screen printing, round screen printing, manual pad printing, manual round printing, online and offline UV curing systems, UV control panels, UV curing lamps, manual full coating, fully automatic spot and full coating and curing system, manual stretching clamps, pneumatic stretching frame, drying racks, aluminium self-stretching frames and tubular frames, pre-stretched frames, T-shirt printing machines, manual vacuum tables, IR dryers and special purpose as well as screen washing machines.
