SinoCorrugated show opens tomorrow in China

The three-day SinoCorrugated show is all set to open tomorrow on 10 April at the business centre of Guangdong, China’s packaging industry.

The show is spread across six exhibition halls spanning 80,000 sq/mt area will showcase 1,400 plus machineries, ancillary equipment and consumables for the print-packaging industry. There are 700 participating brands who shall showcase the latest technologies at the three-day SinoCorrugated South 2018 show.

According to the organisers, Reed Exhibitions Greater China, the show has received strong endorsements from industry association including Corrugated Box Manufacturers of India (FCBM), the Asian Corrugated Case Association (ACCA), Perhimpunan Industry Corrugated Cardboard Indonesia (PICCI), the Malaysian Corrugated Carton Manufacturers Association (MACCMA), the Corrugated Box Manufacturers Association (CBMA, Singapore), the Hong Kong Corrugated Paper Manufacturers' Association (HKCPMA), the Korean Corrugated Packaging Case Industry Association (KCCA), the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) and many more.

The event which started in 2001, has received a boost through endorsement from industry associations of various countries. The 2017 edition saw more than 30 international associations sent over 2,000 delegates to visit SinoCorrugated 2017 in Shanghai.  Expected onsite at the 2018 edition will be industry delegations from bodies like FCBM, ACCA, PICCI, MACCMA, CBMA, HKCPMA, KCCA and AIFMP. Priya Raju of WhatPackaging? and Noel D'cunha of PrintWeek India will be present at the show.

Additionally, the 33,000 local and international visitors are expected at the show. Thomas Huang, senior vice president of Reed Exhibitions Greater China, said, "Reed remains deeply committed to driving development in China’s corrugated industry, which is why we are preparing SinoCorrugated South 2018 to specifically address challenges found in carton manufacturing and processing."
