Second Canon for Sri Siddalingeshwara is the C10000VP

“The press provides us outstanding productivity with up to 100 ppm and offset-like, vibrant and stable output quality. At present we are focused on getting the best media prints without compromising on the quality and delivering them on time. In line with our goal, the machine also supports a wide range of media from 60gsm (uncoated) and 70gsm (coated) up to 350gsm, delivering high-quality output even on textured media and supports speciality media including vellum, film and synthetics,” said T Mhahesha of SSDP.

Founded in 2009, the company provides commercial printing services such as visiting cards printing, bill books, brochures etc., for both walk-in and corporates.

The company also houses a Canon Imagepress C6010 and a host of finishing equipment including Polar cutting machine, laminators, creasing and comb binding machines.

“The basic agenda for us to install C10000VP is because of its supreme printing quality and quantity. It will help us in producing a broader range of applications in shorter turnaround times. Upgrades have also been made in the front end and the finishing assembly contributing to a better imaging process,” said Mhahesha.

The C10000VP is Canon’s first 100ppm machine which handles a maximum paper size of 330x488mm and also handles specialist media, such as synthetics. The resolution is 2,400dpi.

Duplex A4 speed is the same as for single-sided, and the monthly duty cycle is 1.5m pages

The press uses various colour control technologies like auto gradation adjustment, auto-correct colour tone, shading correction and multiple density adjustment technologies. The print engine is driven by EFI RIP print servers.
