Provin Technos grabs three RMGT orders at Print China 2019

“Print China has always been a show that attracts a lot of Indian customers. This time around also, many customers showed a lot of interest in the different technologies that were on display,” said Akshay Kaushal, executive director - sales, Provin Technos.

RMGT displayed two machines in the show, one was the RMGT 10 series Tandem perfector and the other one was RMGT 9 series convertible perfector.

Miyakoshi on the other hand displayed a high performance 20-inches full-colour duplex inkjet printing press MJP20E.  Both the manufacturers received great response during the show which helped them close multiple orders for the China market.

The RMGT 10 series is a B1 size press suitable for packaging with performance enhancing features and cutting edge technology providing superior performance. Tandem perfector , the patented technology by RMGT allows single pass both side printing without the need of reversing the paper. The reverse-side printing units are connected to conventional straight printing units by a translink unit that conveys sheets from reverse-side printing units to front-side printing units, providing a key role in printing speed and quality.

The RMGT 9 series is a A1 size press suitable for both commercial as well as packaging jobs. This press is the optimum solution for printers seeking cost savings. The three-drum arrangement adopted for the converting device ensures smooth sheet reversing, sheet transfer and high printing quality during perfecting even at the top speed of 13000.

Recently, Provin have installed the RMGT 9 series – eight-colour convertible perfector press at Multivista Global, which happens to be RMGT’s first brand new eight-colour convertible perfector press in India. This machine is equipped with performance enhancing features such as program inking with AI function, automatic nip checking mode, maintenance mode, automatic blanket cleaning device and other features.

Miyakoshi MJP20E is a high speed full colour duplex water-based inkjet printer capable of printing at speeds of up to 127-m/min with high image quality.
