Kunal Gandhi of CGSASP, said, “It is a creasing machine that ensures every single sheet lays open effortlessly. It's a three-step process: crease, fold and press, press and fold back . Peleman Industries’ innovative technology relaxes the paper fibre through a three-step automated process. The result is a lay-flat book that is easy to read and write on.”

CGSASP, at its 70sqm PrintPack stand, will demonstrate the Vpaper Tower machine along with Unifoil table-top digital foiler. These machines were launched at the recently concluded CEIF Photo Fair in New Delhi.

Besides this, the CGSASP will highlight Esterlam synthetic plastic doctor blades for coating, label printing, and corrugation applications.

CGSASP, which has been representing Tresu’s ancillary business in India, has now extended this partnership with Tresu machinery business, Tresu Solutions. With this, CGSASP will now sell Tresu’s Flexo Innovator high-end package converting machines.

“These Flexo Innovator machines are aimed at specialised segments like liquid packaging and mono cartons, paper and pre-print market, sanitary napkins, pouch and lottery printing markets,” informed Gandhi.

CGSASP has also joined hands with Germany-based Fuell Dispensing Systems, which manufactures ink dispensing systems. With this development, CGSASP will target the ink manufacturers in India at PrintPack.

Besides this, the company will also represent Hunkeler AG and Hunkeler Systeme during the six days of the show. “The Hunkeler Innovation Days are slated for 25 to 28 February 2019. The delegates from Hunkeler AG will be present at the show to meet customers and invite them for the Hunkeler Innovation Days.”

CGSASP has installed Hunkeler Systeme’s waste evacuation system at ITC’s Chennai and Haridwar plant; The Hindu; and Mathrubhumi’s newspaper plants.

Gandhi said, “The economics of a waste evacuation system starts at the collection point direct at the production machine, for grey cardboard or corrugated cardboard. To ensure total product safety, the shredding of a full-size packaging sheet with misprints or quality issues is key. The Hunkeler Systeme manufactures customized solutions according to the requirement of the customers.”

Finally, CGSASP will also showcase Cito creasing matrix and ejection material.

“The highlight is the Cito Ultimate, which is designed for long runs of 3.5-5 million impressions and along with Cito AC3 cutter, which enables simultaneous cutting and chamfering of creasing systems. The unique concept of the AC 3 cutter means that creasing systems can be cut to the desired length and the cut edges chamfered, both in a single step. This saves you valuable time, not only when setting up the die-cutter. Due to these time savings, on average, the cost of purchasing the AC 3 is recovered within about 1 month,” explained Gandhi.

CGSASP has revamped its website (cgsasp.com) with a new design and an intuitive user interface, which facilitates easy access to its partners and product information.
