The members of Kerala Master Printers Association (KMPA) doubled their tally from the previous year to 58 trophies in various categories at the 13th National Award for Excellence in Printing (NAEP) conducted by All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP).

11 members from our association have been recognised for their efforts to produce quality products in 2018 with Anaswara Offset leading the pack with 19 trophies followed by 10 trophies to Sterling Print House who especially have literally risen from ashes after being massively affected by the disastrous floods,” said Rajesh G, former secretary of KMPA, whose company Rajsree Industrial Printer bagged four trophies this year adding one more from the previous year.

Other companies who won awards include Penta Offset, Kottayam (9), Trivandrum’s Orange Printers (8), Akshara Offset (3) while Ernakulam’s Color King Enterprises, Koral Printing Company, Kottayam’s Print Solutions, Southern Printing House and Kannur’s Pratheeksha Printers & Publishers won one award each.

“A special celebratory event has been organised by the association on 12 January to honour the winners which will also double up as our new year celebrations with families of our members expected to take part too,” said Rajesh.
