Adzone's offset unit produces tags for coir industry and all the advertising jobs such as flex banners are undertaken by its digital printing unit. “To cater the diverse printing needs of our customers we have invested in Grafica’s semi-automatic screen printing machine of 22x28-inch and complete screen making set up,” said Deepu.

Grafica’s screen printing machine is used to print advertising display boards on sunpack. Adzone produces print wedding cards, non-woven and paper bags for shops, and transparent stickers for coir industry.  “We print 2x2 feet and 1x1.5 feet sign boards. These cut color jobs are supplied to big shops, malls, finance companies, educational institutes,” said Deepu. “We had to invest in screen printing as certain jobs could not be printed by digital and offset printing process.”

After a diploma in printing technology, Deepu had worked in a leading footwear company as a graphic designer. Later he started his photo studio in Ernakulam. He moved to his native town – Alappuzha - to set up a full-fledged commercial printing unit. Besides screen printing machine, their 2500 sq/ft printing unit houses three single-color offset, complete post-press equipment, a digital press and a wedding card show room. “By investing in advanced screen printing technology, my printing unit is now complete in all respects,” signed off Deepu.
