The four-year-old startup is digital commercial printer specialising in brochures/catalogues, business cards etc.
“Our first production press was Konica Minolta’s C6000 which helped us create our customer base to start with. So, our choice to go for the C6085 was made easier because of the service support from the Chennai team. Still, we did do a thorough job of checking out all the competition before we finalised the press,” said M Hariharan, founder and director of Print Park.
P Bhaskar along with Hariharan is in charge of the operations of the company.
“The engine’s ability to print on media from 60gsm to 400gsm along with sizes up to 13x51 inches tipped the scaled for us to the 6085. Besides, the colour consistency we have been able to produce has got us believing that we can aggressively target more creative agencies and also try our hands at packaging jobs- a new segment all together for us,” he added.
The AccurioPress C6085 which was launched in September 2017, is said to have 400 47-inch banner printing capability and automated closed-loop colour and image quality controls, with the new IQ-501 ‘Intelligent Quality Optimizer’. The press can print at a speed of 85 ppm.
Elaborating further on the service support said, “On top of all the top technical qualities of the press, I must definitely mention the promptness of the service team in Chennai. On our request, they completed the entire installation process overnight. I am not sure too many international brands go to this length to satisfy customers.”
“We are delighted by the response the C6085 has been receiving in the South especially the Tamil Nadu market. We are even more happy that our team’s support in installation and post-installation service is recognised and appreciated,” said SR Vasudevan, deputy general manager- sales, Konica Minolta India.
