Aitken Spence obtains G7 master facility qualification

Aitken Spence Printing & Packaging, one of Sri Lanka’s top printers have obtained G7 master facility qualification-colour space, highest level of the G7 program for colour standards and becoming the first ever in Sri Lanka to obtain the reputed certification for colour standarisation.

The project was spearheaded by Idealliance South Asia under the leadership of K Panthala Selvan is one of the twelve offices strategically located throughout the world, serving the graphic communications industry through ISO Standards innovation, print and digital workflows and technologies development and integration, certification, training, brand and facility auditing programs.

The over five-decade-old company recently won the prestigious GSK 2016 Environmental Sustainability Award alongside the US-based Dow Chemical Company. The awards recognised the vendors who excel in sustainability from an international pool of suppliers who work with GSK. Aitken Spence Printing is the only carbon neutral printer operating in a LEED-Gold certified facility, in South Asia.
