Print buyers to discuss importance of colour at conference

3 Feb 2012 |  Sachin Shardul   |   Comment Now
Print buyers like Subodh Potdar of FCB Ulka, Maneesh Sharma of Marico and Dr Siva Rama Kumar Pariti of DyStar will be on a panel to discuss colour and its importance at the fifth edition of Indo-German Colour Conference which will be held on 1-3 March 2012 at Hotel Sun Ville Banquet, Worli in Mumbai.

The three-day conference will have presentations and workshop. On the first day of the conference, the first session chaired by Ramu Ramanathan, group editor, Haymarket India will discuss the pain areas for colour branding among print buyers.

The two hour deliberations will also touch upon expectations from print firms, quality parameters, green initiative, and colour standards.

Kiran Prayagi of PmIndia said: “The delegates will benefit from presentations and technical knowledge which will be shared during the three-day conference. Most importantly, we have user-based workshops conducted by the manufacturers and suppliers who will display their technology.”

The Indo-German Colour Conference will be attended by creative designers from agencies, marketers and brand managers among corporates plus faculty from printing institutes.

The three-day Colour Conference is being held in co-operation with PrintWeek India and Campaign India and the sponsors are Chromasens, Germany, X-Rite, Switzerland, and Advanced Graphic Systems, India.
