Image Online sets web-to-print in motion with Flexi Print

28 Dec 2012 |  Samir Lukka   |   Comment Now

Image Online, a Mumbai-based web designing company has ventured into web-to-print module with its new enterprise called Flexi Print.

“Since its launch in June 2011, we have fulfilled 700 small value orders all over India. In the past six months we have had inquires amounting to more than 4,000 requests for our sample kit,” said Manoj Kotak, director for Image Online.

The module is two-fold. Flexi Print for offset and digital printing service for print verticals business cards, letterheads, envelopes, calendars, flyers and brochures and Flexi Web2print for hosting online web-to-print portal for printers planning to move into web-to-print through its Online Web to Print Store.

"Being a hardcore web desing developer since 1997 it seemed logical to offer an online portal. Our solutions ensure that no matter where you begin, you only need to concentrate on printing, while we build an IT infrastructure for an online print shop to compliment a printer's brick and mortar establishment," said Kotak.

Image Online has collaborated with well known printing houses and logistic companies to handle large volume of orders.

According to Kotak “templates is the core problem for web-to-print solutions.”To counter this, Flexi Print website has royalty free designs designed in house.

“Our immediate target is to generate 500 orders on a monthly basis for which we will be launching Corporate Module from February 2012.  We will offer our tool to -  corporates, canvasors, digital print shop owner, anybody who is indirectly connected with customers and can generate print order,” added Kotak.

Apart from the print orders, in November 2011, Image Online provided portal service through its hosting facility to printers from Germany, Australia, Uk and Denmark.

Two printers ffrom India have signed up with Image Online to provide web-to-print solutions for their customers.
