25 Jan 2012 |  Anish Zachariah   |   Comment Now
Amit Shah of Spectrum Scan and Roopesh Sawant of Superlekha said: "If there is a speaker in India of repute who can hold the audience to their seats for hours together without the audience getting up, it is none other than Santosh Nair. And we're delighted he will be the grand finale to the Print Summit conference on 23 and 24 February at the NCPA in Mumbai."

Nair's expertise is in entrepreneurial coaching. He has understood entrepreneurship and is considered to be "the ultimate authority on entrepreneurial coaching and development."

Nair's track-record of 25 years includes work with Eureka Forbes & Real Value Appliances to name a few. In addition, he has trained at international companies like Unilever, Coca-Cola, P&G, Standard Chartered, Sodexho Pass, GE (General Electric), St Gobain Glass, Vodafone, Thomas cook, Philips, ITW Signode, Motorola, Johnson Diversey and Indian firms like Mahindra & Mahindra, Asian Paints etc.

Nair's company mart Training and Consultancy Services is dedicated to its purpose which is “To build success stories by enabling people and organisations rise above limiting paradigms and thereby thrive in a constantly changing world.”

Amit Shah and Roopesh Sawant stated: "What distinguishes Santosh Nair from the ordinary fleet of trainers is that he has addressed various people across cultures within the 36 states in India and has blended effectively across international cultures as well. His favorite topics are sales, confidence, leadership, personal mastery, skill enhancement and now entrepreneurial transformation."

Shah stated Nair is "rightly nicknamed as 'Nair on Fire'; and it is terrific for Print Summit 12 that he will be addressing the 500 delegates at India's premier print conference."

Top industry vendors have rallied in support of the all India Print Summit. This includes:

• Knowledge Partner - PrintWeek India
• Title Associates  - Max Flex & Imaging Systems and Xerox India
• Associate Sponsor - Micro-Huber
• Key Supporters - Grafica Flextronica, Messe Dusseldorf, SOTC Trade Fairs and Welbound Worldwide

In addition to the two-day conference at NCPA, BMPA along with PrintWeek India have arranged plant visits to Mumbai-based award winning print firms (open to out-of-Mumbai delegates only).

Faheem Agboatwala, the association's honorary secretary and member of the organising committee for Print Summit conference said: "This is an opportunity for industry heads from rest of India to spend time on the shopfloor and see what sort of SOPs are in place. Plus they have the opportunity to interact with top management."
