What does the PrintWeek India Company of the Year 2016 mean to you?
The PrintWeek India Awards is one of the greatest recognition of our good work in the printing and packaging industry. It sets a benchmark for us to improve ourselves in the future.

What's the one thing about Parksons Packaging that few people know
In 1996, we started Parksons Packaging from a small gala admeasuring 1,500 sq/ft in Daman. It housed a manual punching, a manual film lamination machine, and an Indian-made gluer. We outsourced printed sheets from our parent unit in Mumbai.

What advice would you give to an SME firm that wants to become like Parksons Packaging?
Focus on quality without relying on shortcuts and practice business with ethical values.

What's the best compliment you've ever received from a customer?
It was by the MD and CEO of Cadbury for producing festival packs with the highest quality and innovative designs which gave them a huge sales value, packaging being a very critical aspect for that.

What's keeping you busy these days?
Our Sri City project, which we will inaugurate on 24 February 2017.
